The association steps in heavily to support registered members' immediate nuclear families during times of need.
In the unfortunate event of demise, the welfare kitty distributes a guaranteed token.
Caters for recognized children/legally adopted children up to the age of 25 years (max 4 children).
Covers declared biological parents and parents-in-law as registered upon your joining.
An annual social getaway organized within the estate or Nairobi to network and build team spirit.
Members are actively encouraged to voluntarily support and physically visit hospitalized or sick neighbors and Bereaved members.
To maintain harmony, every welfare member commits to code of conduct values.
Be honest, trustful, and display good moral conduct across all community forums.
Participate morally, spiritually, physically, and financially in agreed welfare tasks seamlessly.
When allocated welfare duties, undertake your role with high dedication and volunteer spirit.
Membership is exclusively open to homeowners within Great Wall Apartments Phase III. The monthly contribution is Kshs 500/=. There is also an optional Last Expense insurance policy that is paid for annually.
Here is how to apply:
Obtain, fill, and submit Form 2 (Membership Registration) and Form 5 (Declaration Form) to confirm ownership status.
Get introduced by two full existing members. Application approval is finalized by the Association Chairman and Secretary.
Pay an initial joining fee of Ksh 500. Maintain a recurring, non-refundable annual contribution as set by the AGM.
Note: Contributions are strictly non-refundable upon resignation or exit.
